Dietrich looked at her before shrugging. "Its Ridge if someone asks. But you can call me Dietrich."

"Its Ridge if someone asks. But you can call me Dietrich."
Dress looked at him fully, brows drawn together in thought. "Why?" She asked quietly, voice low and whisper like as she finished recovering.

Why?
Dietrich exhaled. "Because you told me your name. No one else knows. " adds after a minute.

"Because you told me your name. No one else knows."
She looked down and closed her eyes, a small smirk twitching at her lips. "I feel privileged. And you only know the nicknames." She looked at him. "It's Dresden, Dres for short. Or if you're an info broker like Tobe, just D or Gray."

Dietrich snorted. "Nah you'll still be wallflower to me."

"Nah you'll still be wallflower to me."
Her smirk faded and she gave him a pointed look before she ran a hand through her hair, looking away. "Whatever," she grumbled, rubbing a kink from her neck. She was surprised she had even told him her name, just as he told his, but she wasn't about to open up any further. At least not yet. She stood slowly and knelt at her pack, pulling out a granola bar.

Dietrich looked away, neither a smile or frown on his face. Well so much for trying to get her mind off of what was bothering her. Spotting the food he exhaled. "There's fox left over."

"There's fox left over."
"I know," she replied, though ate the granola bar anyway, sitting back and on the floor. "I'm saving it for a little longer."

"I'm saving it for a little longer."
Dietrich nodded getting into his pack before lighting a Marlboro. "Just reminding you. "

"Just reminding you. "
The familiar smell of the smoke caught her attention, half tempting her to finish the one she started the day before, but she decided against it and fought the urge. It could've been it that had set off her attack this morning, albeit a delayed reaction. She finished her granola bar in silence.

Dietrich blew smoke away, eyes on her. "Ill put it up if it bothers you. "

"Ill put it up if it bothers you. "
"It's not that," she murmured, folding the wrapper up and pulling out her canteen, then took a drink. She then started looking through her pack carefully, unknowning if what she had been looking for earlier was gone or just buried somewhere.

"It's not that,"
Dietrich looked at her before pulling a small object from his pocket. Holding it up with his forefinger and thumb he gave a tilt of his head. "Ok so it's this."

"Ok so it's this."
"What?" Dres turned and looked at him, stiffening and eyes widening as the fell on the medicine she had been searching for. Her face paled a little at her eyes flicked to his face, narrowing as she ground out to cover her sudden unease and fear, "You went through my stuff?"

"You went through my stuff?"
Dietrich met her gaze with an even one. "No. I was going to put something in but it fell out in the process. I saw nothing else."
