Hearing something, her eyes open a little, and she stared at the wall. Her muscles coiled as she took in the wall, and she forced herself to remember where she was and to relax. She pulled the overshirt higher, thinking it was the blanket, but stopped when it clicks, and she looked at it, then the empty place by her.
However, without another word or gesture, she turned away and partially hid herself under the layers, and soon after falling back asleep.

Dietrich washed himself slowly, no reason to be in a rush

Dres slept uneasily again, half buried under the fabrics as she hunkered into her coat.

Dietrich stepped out a few minutes later, wearing only a towel around his waist.

She slept soundly, hair pooling around her head and her breathing pattern deep but irregular still.

Dietrich frowned as he walked over. Leaning over he touched her neck gently.

Dres twitched at the touch, but she didn't wake, her skin warm. She nestled herself deeper into the fabrics as her hand tightened under her head, the fabric gathering. Unconsciously, the touch reminded her of her brother, and a small and almost invisible smile touched her lips. "I'm okay, Mem," she whispered. "You keep frowning and you'll start to look older...."

Dietrich felt his frown only deepen at what was said. He pulled his hand back after a few seconds

She settled after a few minutes, falling quiet, though her small smile remained in her sleep.

Dietrich exhaled in a pleased huff before he searched for his clothes. She was prettier when she smiled.

Timeskipie.
With a small jerk and a gasp, Dres darted up, trying to catch her breath silently. Grounding her teeth she tried to calm herself, but after a few seoncds she turned and dug through her bag with deft hands, looking for something. However, she couldn't find it, and with a silent curse she sat on the edge of the bed with her hands gripping the mattress and worked to steady her breathing, breaths shallow and small.

Dietrich watched her from where he was sitting. After a moment he moved, his body shadowed slightly. "Wallflower." He sat on the bed.l

"Wallflower."
Feeling the bed dip she stiffened then realized that was a bad idea and forced herself to relax, shaking her head at him. Her hands ran through her hair slowly, then came to a rest behind her head, and she straightened, giving herself a little more breathing room. After a minute or so, she managed to ease the attack, breathing a little more regular, though still a little short, and she lowered her hands.
"I'm fine," she croaked, a hand resting on her forehead, face pale.

"I'm fine."
Dietrich looked at her, making up his mind. "I haven't told you my name yet."

"I haven't told you my name yet."
She gave him a sidelong glance, hand lowering, though she didn't trust herself to speak yet. She took a deep breath to steady herself, her mouth twisted into a confused frown.
