Tae nodded and dug straight in, famished. After the first bite she paused, savouring it before she dove straight in, trying to eat a little slower. However, the idea failed.

Garcia laughed lightly at her actions before pouring herself some water. "You hungry. Have as much as you want."
Charlie ate wordlessly, mind elsewhere. He was grateful at Garcia for always letting him know what he was having so he knew how to eat. Or how he should appear to eat. Regardless there was a part of him that hated the fact she had too.

"Thank you," she murmured between mouthfuls, devouring her plate within minutes, though she didn't get up immediately for seconds.

Charlie ate a few more bites before pushing the plate forward. "It was good, I'll finish it later though. "Adds as an afterthought. Standing he moved to the skillet and put a little more onto the girls plate. "Don't be shy here."
Garcia watches him a moment before nodding solemnly. Her eyes lowered in thought, this wasn't the first time he hadn't finished a meal.

Tae started a little and watched him, blinking away her surprise. "Y-You don't have to do that. But thank you."

"Sure." Says quietly before replacing the appliances on the stove. He stood at the stove, trying to figure out what to do next.

Once she was finished, she carried the plate to the sink, hesitating. "Should I leave him be?" she asked Garcia quietly, rinsing the plate.

Tae looked at the door, hesitating, but thought against it. If she went out, she could be seen, which would only make things worse. Instead, she turned and looked at Garcia, offering a small smile. "Thank you for the meal."

Charlie stared forward a few moments. In his head he heard something distant, a memory of sounds. Inhaling he rose and walked back inside.

With that, Tae retreated back towards the room, running a hand through her hair as she passed through the door.
